Compliance
Current assurance posture and evidence roadmap.
Compliance work should make the platform easier to trust, not harder to operate. The objective is clear evidence for how Meridias handles security, availability, and customer data.
Control areas
Typical focus areas include access control, change management, incident response, logging, and supplier oversight. These areas should map directly to how the platform is actually run.
Evidence collection
Evidence should be produced from the systems teams already use wherever possible. Automated evidence collection reduces manual churn and makes reviews more representative of normal operations.
Customer communication
Compliance posture should be presented in a way that accurately reflects what is in place today versus what is still on the roadmap. Overstating assurance undermines trust.
Review cadence
Controls should be reviewed on a regular cadence and after major platform changes. A static control set rarely stays effective as the product evolves.
